This Industrial USA Index tap & drill set is made up of the most common tap sizes used from 6-32UNC up to 1/2-13UNC and companion bit sizes #36 to 27/64”. The drills and taps are of superior HSS quality and durability. The drills have a multi-angle point and heavy shoulder to start easily, but still hold up well when used for enlarging previously drilled holes. The taps are the plug style for easy starting and chasing of previously threaded holes. The index and each individual piece are well marked.
